CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure a smooth scheduling process, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please note that any cancellations outside of this policy window will incur a 50% charge, which unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Additionally, a deposit is required for each appointment and must be paid in full before any approvals can be made. Rest assured, your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service, only in the event of a cancellation or no show will it be forfeited. Thank you

IN ADDITION: For the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly request that no children accompany parents or guardians during appointments, as needles are used during our services. This policy is in place to maintain a serene and focused environment for all individuals receiving treatments. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a peaceful experience for all. We require that anyone under the age of 18 have a parent or guardian present to sign off on appointments. This policy ensures that minors are properly supervised during their time with us.
