To ensure a smooth scheduling process and avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations outside of this policy window will incur a 50% charge of your original service cost which cannot be refunded.

Additionally, a deposit is required for each appointment and must be paid before any approvals are made. It is important to understand that this deposit applies toward your services, but will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no show.

PMU stands for Permanent MakeUp and refers to a beauty artist who uses tattoo methods to apply semi-permanent makeup such as microblade eyebrows, eyeliner, lip makeup, brow shading, lash lift, areola beautifying, and more.

PMU is a safe and natural-looking alternative to the expense and daily routine of applying makeup upon waking in the morning and often times throughout the day. It serves to attenuate imperfections and can be used when there is not much hair on the eyebrows, because of a bad pre-waxing, a scar, etc.

For ALL permanent makeup appointments the following rules apply:

Permanent Makeup Guidelines:

• No alcohol 24 hours prior. (Alcohol is a blood thinner)

• No caffeine or coffee please (anything that thins the blood is a no-no)

• No blood thinners or pain killers at least 24 hours before

• No aspirin, ibuprofen or aleive before(you can take ibuprofen if needed after)

• No working out day of your appointment

• No sauna or tanning 3 days prior. (The less sweat the better for healing)

• You cannot be pregnant! Breastfeeding is also not recommended

• Discontinue the use of fish oil or vitamin E at least one week prior

• No botox injections 3 weeks prior to procedure (in brow area only)

• No deep exfoliation 2 weeks prior in brow area (ex. Chemical peel)

• No retinol products, acne treatments or salicylic acid 3 weeks prior in brow area.

• Please come with clean skin, no heavy creams, no makeup or sunscreen

• No antibiotics at the time of your appointment.
